One-Click Channel Test
Don’t leave it to chance: the “Send test” button lets you verify every configured channel directly from the dashboard – no need to wait for a real outage. You see immediately whether the notification arrives or where the problem lies.
In practice, delivery often fails silently: an expired webhook, a Teams app update, a spam filter. With the channel test, you know in seconds whether everything is working.
Intelligent Notifications

Reminder Ladder: Recurring Reminders (Business and Up)
Open incidents must not be forgotten. The reminder ladder keeps sending recurring reminders while a check is down – and every channel is tuned individually:
- SMS pings every 15 minutes until someone reacts
- Email follows up every 4 hours – no inbox flood
- Slack channel gets a ping every 30 minutes
live24h’s per-channel override for reminders is a rare capability in the EU monitoring market – most tools only offer account-wide recurring notifications, where every channel runs at the same cadence or none.
Escalation Policies with Acknowledge Buttons (Agency and Up)
If level 1 does not respond, level 2 should take over – not be alerted on top, but only after a grace period expires. The live24h Agency plan delivers:
- Up to 3 escalation policies with 5 levels each
- Every level has its own recipient and wait time (e.g. “15 min without ACK -> level 2”)
- Acknowledge buttons in emails: HMAC-signed links, valid for 72 h, no login required. Click = incident marked as “being handled”, levels 2-5 are stopped
Professional on-call rotations without a premium upcharge: EUR 79/month for Agency – the combination of escalation policies, HMAC-signed acknowledge buttons and EU hosting is still uncommon in the European market at that price point.
