Shop monitoring has to do more than ping a homepage. What matters are the paths where revenue happens: product and category pages, cart, checkout, payment preparation – and behind them import jobs, the queue and ERP sync. A shop can be “offline” even while the server still responds.
The live24h plugin makes these risks visible right inside the Shopware Admin and translates them into concrete monitoring checks. You open the wizard under Extensions → live24h Website Monitor, scan your Sales Channels and create the most important checks with a single click. Installation and requirements
The plugin is available as a direct download from live24h: upload and activate it in the Administration under Extensions – or install it via Composer. Listing in the official Shopware Store will follow. Requirements: Shopware 6.5 or 6.6, PHP 8.1 or newer and an outbound connection to https://api.live24h.eu. For repeatable rollouts, the CLI command bin/console live24h:monitor:scan is also available.
Frequently asked questions
Why isn’t a normal homepage check enough? Because a shop generates revenue across multiple paths. Checkout, cart, product pages and jobs can fail while the homepage still loads.
Does the plugin make real test orders? No. The focus is on safe reachability, signal and heartbeat monitoring – without real payments.
Can I monitor import jobs too? Yes. Scheduled Tasks, the Message Queue and ERP/import syncs can be protected as a heartbeat, so silent failures don’t only surface days later.
